I have a feeling this is what my body could look like if I keep persisting with healthy eating + exercise. We have a similar structure. :)
Last night I went for my best run yet. 17minutes without stopping! I ran at about 6 miles/h.
I’m very excited at how quickly I’m getting better.

I lost 4cm from my stomach last month! So happy about that.
I didn’t eat that well in the weekend, and included a bit of a binge (but not on much unhealthy stuff, because we don’t have a lot in the house!). I blame it on having had KFC for lunch. I had a smaller amount than I normally would, but it seemed enough to bring back old habits. The whole time I was eating the burger I was thinking I could make my own way nicer homemade burgers!
I got in a good amount of exercise in the weekend though, including a 1hr 45min walk in the sun with mum. I ate pretty good yesterday and I’m generally good in the weekdays it’s just Saturdays that seem to be the problem!
